1. What we collect

Waitlist: your email address, signup time and IP address (for abuse prevention). Contact messages: your name, email and message. Nothing else — no accounts, no payment data, no advertising trackers.

2. Why and on what basis

We use the waitlist email solely to send first-access drop announcements (consent, which you may withdraw at any time). Contact details are used only to reply (legitimate interest). We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Storage and retention

Data is stored on our web host in access-protected files, retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and accessible only to the founder’s team.

4. Your rights

Wherever you live (including under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and POPIA) you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and you may opt out at any time. Email manager@afrikingdomclothing.com with the address you signed up with; we action requests within 30 days.

5. Cookies

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your wishlist is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.
