1. Who we are

afrikingdomclothing.com is the clothing house of AFRI KINGDOM, founded by Prince Desire Magomo ("AFRI KINGDOM", "we", "us"). Contact: manager@afrikingdomclothing.com.

2. The site today

The site currently presents our collections and takes first-drop waitlist signups. No orders are taken or payments collected on the site yet; prices shown are announced launch prices for numbered pre-order editions. When ordering opens, purchase terms (payment, delivery, cancellation and statutory withdrawal rights) will be published here before the first order is accepted.

3. Intellectual property

All designs, product imagery, patterns (including the chevron course, doodle Kingdom art and mud-cloth panels), the AFRI KINGDOM wordmark, the AK monogram and the motto ONE PEOPLE ONE VIBE ONE CULTURE are the property of AFRI KINGDOM. No reproduction without written permission.

4. Acceptable use & liability

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content at scale. The site is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to the amount you have paid us (currently nil). Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under your local law.
